Consent Notice
Last updated: March 14, 2026
This Consent Notice explains when toAPI asks for consent, what that consent covers, and how you can manage your choices when using our website, Console, and related product experiences.
Purpose of Consent
toAPI may request your consent in specific situations where we need your permission to collect, use, or store information beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the service.
Depending on the context, consent may apply to:
- submitting your information through a landing page, waitlist, or demo request form
- receiving product updates, launch news, or marketing communications
- using optional cookies or analytics on our website
- creating an account through Google Sign-In
- participating in beta programs, research interviews, or feedback programs
When consent is required, we aim to make the request clear, specific, and easy to understand. Where consent is not required to provide the service, your choice will not prevent you from accessing unrelated parts of toAPI.
Consent Choices
When we ask for consent, you may be given one or more choices depending on the feature or page you are using.
These choices may include:
- agreeing to receive product, launch, or marketing communications
- allowing optional analytics or website measurement tools
- submitting contact details so our team can respond to your request
- using Google Sign-In to authenticate and create a toAPI account
If a consent option is optional, we will try to present it separately from actions that are strictly necessary to provide the service. For example, you may create an account without separately consenting to marketing emails.
If you do not provide optional consent, certain non-essential features may be unavailable, but core product access should continue where possible.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw or update your consent at any time, subject to legal or operational limits.
Depending on the type of consent, you can do this by:
- using unsubscribe links in emails
- changing your account or communication preferences, when available
- adjusting browser or cookie settings
- contacting us directly at privacy@toapi.app
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was already carried out before the withdrawal. In some cases, withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide certain optional features, communications, or account-related experiences.
Record Keeping
toAPI may keep records of consent events for security, compliance, and operational purposes.
These records may include:
- the type of consent requested
- whether consent was granted, declined, or later withdrawn
- the date and time of the action
- the form or screen where the choice was made
- basic device, browser, or request metadata when needed for audit or abuse prevention
We retain consent records only for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance, maintain security, resolve disputes, or operate the service.
For more details about how we process personal data, please review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
