Terms of Service
Last updated: March 14, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of toAPI, including our website, Console, APIs, and related services.
Overview
toAPI provides a platform that allows developers and teams to define APIs and workflows as code, deploy them, and operate them in production environments.
These Terms apply to your use of the toAPI website, control plane, data plane, APIs, Console, and related services.
By accessing or using toAPI, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
Some features of toAPI require an account. When creating or using an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including activity performed through associated credentials, sessions, or API keys.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact us promptly.
Authentication and Security
toAPI may support authentication methods such as Google Sign-In, API keys, and other login mechanisms we make available over time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, API keys, and other access tokens associated with your account.
You must not share credentials in a way that creates unauthorized access or compromises the security of the platform.
Acceptable Use
You may not use toAPI in a way that violates applicable law or interferes with the operation, security, or integrity of the platform.
For example, you may not use toAPI to:
- perform unauthorized access or intrusion attempts
- distribute malware or harmful code
- conduct denial-of-service attacks or abuse shared resources
- infringe intellectual property rights
- process or distribute unlawful content through the platform
- circumvent limits, security controls, or access restrictions
We may suspend or restrict access to protect the platform, other users, or third parties.
API and Workflow Usage
toAPI allows users to build, deploy, and operate APIs and workflows. You are responsible for the configuration, behavior, and data processed by the endpoints and workflows you create.
This includes responsibility for:
- the data sent through your APIs and workflows
- the third-party services you connect
- the security of your own application logic and integrations
- compliance with laws and contractual obligations that apply to your use case
toAPI is not responsible for user-generated workflow logic, external integrations, or the legality of the data processed through your use of the platform.
Fees and Billing
Some toAPI features may require a paid plan. Pricing, usage limits, and billing terms may be described separately on our website, in product materials, or in a separate order form.
If fees apply, you agree to pay the charges associated with your selected plan or usage level.
We may suspend access to paid features if required fees are not paid.
Service Availability
We work to operate toAPI reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The platform may experience maintenance windows, performance variability, outages, or feature changes over time.
We may modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.
Beta Features
Some features may be identified as beta, preview, or experimental. These features may change substantially, may be discontinued, and may have limited support or reliability.
You use beta features at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
toAPI and its related software, documentation, branding, and service materials are owned by toAPI or its licensors.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business or personal development use.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse proprietary parts of the platform except as permitted by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using toAPI at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if the platform is abused, if required fees are not paid, or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
We may also remove or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.
Disclaimers
toAPI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure in all circumstances, or suitable for every use case.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, toAPI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or business operations.
When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of toAPI after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
